Help inspire others to cherish and protect our coast!
Become a Duxbury Docent!
Docents protect the Duxbury Reef’s sensitive intertidal habitat and marine life by educating visitors about the wonders they discover on the reef, protective tidepooling practices, and California’s marine protected areas (MPAs).
Alternative Option: Become a Duxbury Reef Trailhead Educator
This option requires a less intensive training and participation time commitment. Duxbury Tabling Team educators will be stationed at a table at the reef trailhead near the Agate Beach County parking lot, engaging with visitors as they walk down to or up from the reef and beach.
Thank you for your interest in joining the Duxbury Docent Team. Stay up to date on future opportunities through EAC's social media and online newsletter.
